My Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Secret


Put your raisins, 1 tablespoon bourbon and a generous splash of vanilla extract in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Let the raisins soak while you prepare the batter, then drain and pat dry. Stir your bourbon-vanilla raisins into the batter as if they were plain (read: boring) ole raisins.
