Huzzah! It's my favorite time of the month, friends. My Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cake just popped up on FoodNetwork.com: soft white cake, peanut butter frosting and whipped grape jelly. A few years ago Fred & Friends came out with this sandwich-bread cake mold (which is great)! But I think a square cake pan works just as well, especially if you only trim off the top of the cake, leaving the dark edge to look like crust. Don't you think?
