I'm usual...I made these yesterday for a friend! I'm usually not great with yeast doughs, but I found this one came together very easily and I didn't have any issues. I did find that I needed to add quite a bit more flour as I was kneading the dough, but it was a rainy day here and maybe the humidity had something to do with it. I ended up adding a little bit of almond extract to the glaze and topped it with a sprinkling of toasted slice almonds. They were devoured and everyone loved them!
